While Billie Jean King and Martina Navratilova were allowed to wear their glasses on court, we're not sure Bethanie Mattek-Sands will get away with this.
The 28-year-old American was pictured at the All England Club wearing the revolutionary Google Glass, which is a voice-activated device designed to be worn like a pair of spectacles.

The glasses allow wearers to see sat-nav directions, take pictures and reply to emails - but we hope Mattek-Sands will keep them in her racket bag as she steps onto court for her first-round match at Wimbledon next week.
Mattek-Sands, ranked No 58, is renowned as one of the more colourful characters on the women's tour, as you can see with her new hairstyle.
But she won't be wearing any extravagant outfits at Wimbledon as players have to adhere to the all-white dress rule.
